This, That, These, Those Talking About Particular Things

This, that, these, and those are used to talk about particular examples of a noun. They agree with the noun in two ways: number (singular/plural) and distance (near/far).

Structure: This/That/These/Those + be (is/are, was/were, will be) + noun
Examples: This is a box. That is a box. These are boxes. Those are boxes.
